Some of the effects of harmful electromagnetic radiation are detailed in Robert Becker’s book, Crosscurrents, Perils of Electro-pollution. Spending any extended time increases the cumulative effects, as does repeated exposures.
Negative energy sources to avoid are: radio stations, micro waves in communications as well as ovens, high voltage power lines, cell phones and terminals (cable, computer, power, etc.).
A gaussmeter measures the level of magnetic field emitted by all common electrical appliances and equipment.
Blending negative and artificial energy with natural energy sources; can help to counter some of the damage. Natural sources of the healthy natural radiation, in limited amounts that will help are sunlight, and areas rich in granite rock or sand. Both of these are also cancerous if overdone. One would for example help minimize the effect of having your head stuck so close to a computer screen or videos, by taking a walk outside periodically. Those in high radiation area such as a city could spend some recreation time in granite mountains, or outside in the forest.
Quartz is said to even out radiation, and is present in the sands of the beach, desert, or some mountains; such as the Sierras.
Studies were done in the 1960s that showed more negative energy relating to people; when multi storied apartments came into residential neighborhoods. One theory was that people sharing floor space lost their connection to the ground and became neurotic and draining. Just as a potted plant needs a certain proportionate amount of soil in a pot to grow healthy; people need a connection to the ground; their sole/soul.
Speaking of plant parallels; plants grow better in high carbon dioxide environments.
Some people heal quicker when they were kept in a higher oxygen environment at critical care at Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle. Exercising among trees, or near the ocean; will give one higher oxygen levels.
