i have always healed and developed very slowly. whenver i get injured, be it a small cut or a bruise, it can take a few weaks to heal. my body also develops muscle pretty slow and it seems to take me a big longer to grow stronger. can qi gong help with this? im starting to learn the eight peices of brocade but i dont know how it would help. has anyone heard of a similar problem or does anyone have any recomendations?

I don't know about the qigong, but as far as I know it's pretty normal for things like that to take several weeks to heal. It depends on what you call 'healing', it's probably not normal if you have open wounds for weeks before they start to cover up? Maybe you could ask your doctor. This has got some info:

It may have a nutritional basis.
Qigong may help providing the 'root' problem has been taken care of.
Age, level of health, and physical (in) activity level figuers prominently ion this scenario.
