Is there a clip of this up yet? I didn't see one. Are there any reviews? Just curious.

Each month our latest DVD is featured on the homepage at YMAA.com.

You Tube is updated when we can find time - but thanks for the reminder...we have a few new previews that will go up there soon.

How to practice 5 animals sport qigong?

Postby y2kcbrf4 » Tue Jun 16, 2009 9:54 am

Hi, I've just received the DVD and plan to practice 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour at night. Since 1 hour is not enough to practice all 5 animals forms, which animals form should I practice together? Some people recommends practice the Bear and the Bird together and some recommends to practice powerful animal form like the Bear and Tiger in the morning and the Bird or Deer (relax and grateful) at night.

Thank you for your time and suggestion in advance.

Five Animals Sports Qi Gong

Postby brer_momonga » Wed Feb 16, 2011 5:45 pm

The weather is finally starting to warm up! Yesterday morning's bitter east wind was exchanged in the afternoon with a milder west one. There is still a little chill in the air but most of our snow has melted, and I finally resumed practicing Tai Chi outside during lunch! I haven't practiced Tai Chi outside since winter started. To celebrate, I warmed up with Tiger from 5 animals. Anyone else doing Tiger now?
