Any advice on bone breathing?
I'm looking to start it as part of my Xing Yi. Any advice on good practice? I have Manta Chia's Iron shirt book as a source and practice some embryonic breathing and small circulation although not regularly as I should. Honestly my teacher will get round to showing me but I am guessing it will be very much as Manta Chia's from what I know of my teachers focus with Chi Gong but I wasn't in the country when he showed the rest of the group so it will be awhile till he gets on to it again. So far his internal theory matches what I know from other sources.

chia's bone marrow nei kung book is pretty good - basically lots of standing, holding the tree, starts out breathing through fingertips and you work towards the other joints in the hands...if you've got that other material, pick this one up, too much info to share here.

Good so far but sadly with my current workload its taken a bit of a back seat. Still really well write and practical. Fits in well with my other practice at least it will when I get the time in a week or so. :)
