Qi Gong Book List

Postby Sorcerer » Sun Apr 24, 2011 2:48 pm

I was hoping people could use this thread to create a list of *good* books on Qi Gong, since theres a lot of sensationalist or otherwise not particularly informative literature on the subject, I suspect.

Im currenytly reading The Root of Chinese Qi Gong, and find it very useful. Otherwise I don't know any other good books!`Suggestions?

edit: I would also be interested in titles not from YMAA.

I enjoy Mantak Chia's books.

I love the book Qigong - Secret of Youth

and GM Liang's Qigong empowerment is good.
