Qigong for Longevity dvd?

I have been practicing this dvd! But i was wondering do you keep your eyes close or open for the strong eyes qigong exircise where you put finger on eyelids[/quote]

And is it normal for your eyes to get watery after the strong eye qigong exircise where you put your fingers on the eyelid

You close your eyes, and press the eyelids. Don't press too hard. It shouldn't be painful. Over time you can press harder as the eyes get healthier.

Watering eyes is probably normal, but I think it will subside over time.

I love that set of qigong. It is similar in ways to the eight brocades, but all exercises I've never seen before.

I had a lot of fun filming that program with Grandmaster Kao.
