Mco and tailbone

Postby manaus » Wed Apr 24, 2013 3:59 am

Hallo again,
sorry I've been pondering these questions for years, but didn't find anyone to answer before.
Being a wreck as I am, similar question goes to an injured tailbone (a fall), which now is bulged and feels very cold and weak. Any suggestion on how to work on that? It's 20 years that I walk very little, due to this thing.

Thank you very much

exercises like superman, mule kicks on all fours. heat pads, massage. and a mental letting go of the problem, dont fret over it, it is what it is, sometimes you gotta work harder with the cards in hand than others :)
Even in mildly complex systems, any outcome is the wrong thing to target, with the process being where the focus should be.

Hi manaus...

i don't know where you're located...but if you have any chance to go and try feldenkrais or alexander technique, I warmly suggest you do!

Cheers.
