Wondering what to do to increase leg flexibility to help with flat feet problem and improve a poor rooting.
Does anyone know what to do or where to find a good DVD on that?

make sure you're not leaning one direction more than the other. I have a problem leaning backwards.
silly as it sounds, standing on a golf ball can help with flat feet - gradually. start slowly and with little weight - breathing of course. stand either on arch (be careful!) or bubbling well. walk around after that - your toes will grab on the floor more.
sorry, don't know of a dvd.
