There is no such qigong based on my limited study and understanding!
The only tools I know about are awareness and discipline. When you have this then any qigong (wilth an excelent teacher) will work.
If there is a teacher who claims otherwise, please study with him and if it does not work be sure to ask if you will get your money back. |

Actually, I would say that any qigong based in traditional theory will regulate the emotions over time.

I'm responding to this rather late, but I hope the OP went to the doctor and got a checkup. Also, for allergies to plants & pollen, Boswellia is quite effective. I take that every spring.
Some people do have to take St. John's Wort on a daily basis - my b/f
is one.
Personally, I am not looking to get the qigong to replace the supplements
I take - I' m expecting it to have a different function.
