Hemp powder mixed blended with frozen blueberries, chocalate powder, and some almond butter. This will keep better in a small thermos or glass jar than a banana based smoothie. The hemp is 35 to 50% protein and digests very easily and is much better than soy isolates.
Nutiva makes good ones available from amazon, some of the flavored ones are great. They also make small packets that you can take with you and mix on the spot.
Another idea is spirolina mixed with sunflower seeds - grind the sunflower seeds in a coffee powder. This is high protien, lots of minerals (just as important), and goes in the system quickly. The spirolilna on its own is too yin, but the sunflower seeds help to balance it and give it more taste. This wil substain you to you get home, and it is nourishing but light enough not to intefere with the continued chi flows that need an hour or so.
