It was designed to provide current information about YMAA International, and to promote knowledge about Martial Arts, Qigong, Health and Healing, and Meditation. Each issue features a foreword by Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming, and articles by guest writers. It also includes many important announcements, events, and new product releases from YMAA Publication Center.
