Another very good DVD from Dr.Yang. Plenty of training drills to keep the beginner/intermediate user busy for ages with excellent tutorials for each. Anyone who has viewed one of Dr.Yang's DVDs will be familiar with the presentation and structure of this DVD. Those who have not will be pleasantly suprised by its quality and easy to use nature. Logical drill progression and easy to skip to chapters. Just make sure you don't put your saber through your TV set! Enjoy!
