The Tao Te Ching, the esoteric but infinitely practical book written in the sixth century B.C. by Lao Tsu, has been translated more times than any work except the Bible. Chuang Tsu's Inner Chapters was written in the fourth century B.C. as a companion volume to the Tao Te Ching. Chuang Tsu was to Lao Tsu as Saint Paul was to Jesus, and Plato to Socrates.
This marks the 21st year of the Tao Wall Calendar, which features contemplative nature photographs, Chinese calligraphy and text from Gia-fu Feng and Jane English's translations of the Tao Te Ching and Chuang Tsu: Inner Chapters.
The interior pages of this calendar are printed on 100% recycled, 50% post-consumer paper, processed chlorine free and printed with soy based inks.
