Wonderful Advanced Training on Sword Forms, S. Wooldridge (Amazon reviewer) February, 2010
All of Dr. Yang's DVDs are exemplary. This DVD is no exception. This DVD is geared more towards people already familiar with sword forms and basic stances / movements. For those who aren't, there are tutorials given as well incorporating basic techniques, stances, etc.
The real key to learning from Dr. Yang's DVDs are to follow the slow motion exercises and copy them. It helps to do the exercises a few times and then try them in front of a mirror to see if your stance is correct.
This DVD is highly recommended for anyone dabbling in sword forms all the way up to people who have already mastered other forms and would like to know more.
