I have been practicing QiGong for about 2 years, but it took me only one or two weeks to completely get rid of pain I had on my upper left arm. The best part is that I have completely got rid of my lower back pain. I used to get back pain when I had to stand for over 15 or 20 minutes preparing foods in the kitchen. I also had problems with my right ankle, those are also completely gone.
Before QiGong, the simple action of leaning slightly over in order to cut veggies or prepare a meal, was enough for me to get lower back pain. I had to sit down for a while in order to be able to be able to continue doing whatever I was doing. Sitting at the computer always gave me neck and lower back pain, but thanks to QIGONG, all those problems belong to the past.
If you are a non-believer, all I can say is get this DVD (or the one for Arthritis, which is also wonderful), practice these very easy movements for a few weeks and you will start seeing the results. Even if your pain is very bad, you will experience great improvement. All you need to do is practice every day in complete relaxation. Just a few minutes a day doing these extremely easy movements will help you get over your pain, whether caused by rheumatism or by arthritis. You will also become a believer. Do it and enjoy a new life without pain and, what's more, without dangerous pain killers.
