If you need to return or exchange items back to YMAA Publication Center:

1. Download and reply to the questions on the form.

2. VERY IMPORTANT: Please include this form in the package with the items you are returning. We can not accept forms that are e-mailed or faxed.

3. Send the package with form and items to:

4. We accept returns for up to 60 days from your order date.
