Caring for your cotton uniforms
- Pre-Shrunk. Machine Wash in cold water. Hang to dry.
- Natural fibers sometimes 'tighten up' during washing. This is normal. Regular wear will 'loosen' the fabric quickly.
- Can be steam ironed (delicate setting). This also helps loosen the fabric.
- Choosing one organic article of clothing prevents an average of 17 teaspoons of synthetic fertilizers from entering the soil and water, plus three-fourths of a teaspoon of active ingredients such as carcinogenic pesticides, herbicides, insecticides and defoliants.
