KETTLEBELL WORKSHOP
Developing a Full-Body WorkoutYMAA Boston, Jamaica Plain, MA - August 29th, 2010, 9:00am - 12:00pm
Learn how to develop a solid, daily full-body workout routine with the use of kettlebells! This seminar will get your heart pumping. Kettlebell lifting helps to improve your body's strength, endurance, and balance. It will also help you discover and train good body alignment and posture. Kettlebell training requires less time to get a full workout than weightlifting.
SEMINAR/WORKSHOP PROGRAM
The kettlebell workshop consists of discussion and exercises for becoming comfortable with the use of kettlebells. Kettlebells are cast-iron cannon-ball like weights with a handle on them. Through kettlebell lifting exercises, the entire body can benefit greatly from a thorough workout. During the seminar, a few select exercises will be shown. The seminar will also cover correct body alignment, posture, and training techniques. Learn how to develop your own full-body daily workout routine. The strength, power, and balance developed from kettlebell training readily incorporates into any other physical exercise, sport, and activity that you do.
