Learn the martial arts origin of Koryo Poomsae

Learn both versions of the most popular Taekwondo form in the world, Koryo and Original Koryo. Taught and demonstrated by the world's foremost teachers, Grandmaster Richard Chun and Doug Cook, these forms will deepen your Taekwondo practice.

Every level 1 black belt student is required to learn Poomsae Koryo, which is required for promotion to 2nd Dan and is popular in competitions. Yet few are familiar with the ancestral form known as the 'Original Koryo,' which maintains its martial arts essence.

Specifically for level 1 and level 2 black belt students, this video will transmit and preserve the historical treasures and technical elements inherent in Koryo and Original Koryo, as well as their martial art applications.
