Fusion FIRE is the integration of tai chi and kung fu, a fusion of the internal and external together. This is one of the more intense workouts in our series, so be prepared to sweat! If you are looking for a cardio workout appropriate for your weight loss program, FIRE is perfect for anyone, with no prior experience.
Although Intensity is the main principle we learn in this workout, you don’t have to go faster, squat deeper or perfect any balance moves. In fact, you don’t have to perfect any moves at all! As we always say in these programs: you don’t have to learn or memorize anything. Just do what you see. Follow along without analyzing, and you’ll find yourself in the flow, refreshed and energized.
