Chin Na In Depth Complete Collection

by Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming

Learn why this 12-Part Course containing Dr. Yang’s most complete Chin Na curriculum is coveted by World-Renowned Masters...

“Chin Na” translates to “Seize Control.” Chin Na deploys leverage against universally vulnerable joints, providing you with the means to seize and control any opponent, no matter how big. This skill originates from Shaolin Temple and is the root of all martial arts grappling techniques.

With Chin Na, you can control an attacker with any joint that becomes available to you during an altercation or sparring. This collection teaches the entire catalog of techniques for finger, wrist, elbow, whole-body takedowns, leg wrestling Chin Na, and even Chin Na counter-attacks, and as you will soon experience... there’s always so much more to learn.

We consider this program to be both a course and a “Chin Na Practicum”

What is a Chin Na Practicum, you ask?  Think of it as a course consisting of very in-depth practical work in the field of Chin Na. It's like nothing you can experience any other way. The reasons will become clear and obvious to you the moment you begin this course with Dr. Yang. You'll experience it right from week one.

You'll feel just like you are attending a very private and exclusive course from an old friend and trusted mentor. Dr Yang's teaching method is both practical and yet still casual and most definitely approachable. Dr. Yang has taught thousands of satisfied students around the world for decades.

Dr. Yang also shows how these techniques can be used on individuals who are differently sized and even how to troubleshoot when things go wrong.

With this 12-Part home study course, you will learn what Dr. Yang considers to be the most important, and certainly the most complete techniques that have been passed down for over 1,500 years. All in the safety privacy of your own home.

You can apply the grappling methods you will learn here to any fighting style. Dr. Yang has unparalleled knowledge on the subject of Chin Na, as he is the lineage holder passing down this knowledge from his teacher’s teacher, Great Grandmaster Han, Qing-Tan, the legendary figure who originally preserved this precious knowledge in the 1920s, while teaching at the Nanking Central Institute.

METHODS TO PROCEED THROUGH THIS PROGRAM:

MAIN METHOD – Normal Pace: During your first experience with Dr. Yang’s Chin Na series, you simply pace yourself through one course each week until you have completed all 12-Parts of this series. After you see all of the Chin Na techniques, you’ll have a clear understanding of the concept and then you can start to focus on the techniques that apply to your needs. You will revisit the Chin Na In Depth 12-Part Course many times in the years ahead. These techniques have long lasting value so you can learn more with each review.

ALTERNATE METHOD – Slower Pace: Master Yang strongly suggests that you continue practicing and reasonably perfecting the techniques presented in the program each week until you have gained a significant level of mastery over the techniques for that week. In keeping, it is advised to stay with a week as long as is necessary in order for you to perfect your technique while correcting mistakes. When you take as much time as you need to master these techniques, you will reap much greater rewards through better form and function in the development of your own personal style of this art form. There is flexibility in the 12-Part course so you are not bound by a rigid schedule. You can learn at your own pace.

When you’re first learning a Chin Na technique, focus on the details of the angles and make sure you really understand the leverage involved, before you add speed. The only way that your Chin Na will be useful to you in sparring or a real life altercation is if you train a few of your favorite techniques many times until it becomes a reflex action. You won’t have time to think when the time comes. Chin Na works best when its in your body memory.

CAUTION: Chin Na is great for stretching and strengthening your fingers, wrists, and joints but allow it to build up slowly and naturally. Although you can learn a lot just by participating in this course, it is best to train applications with a partner. In this way, you can both learn. Take it slow and careful when you are training with a partner. Give each other feedback about when the Chin Na begins to hurt and don’t push too far. Also, don’t overtrain, especially at first.
