Deepen Your Tai Chi with Tai Chi Ball Qigong. The ancient art of Tai Chi Ball training can strengthen the torso, condition your muscles, and teach the you how to use the mind to lead the Qi. In Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan), ball training was once a major training tool to enhance Pushing Hands ability, but it is rarely taught in modern times. Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming teaches more advanced Taiji Ball techniques, building upon the foundation taught in Tai Chi Ball Qigong 1.
In Course 3, Dr Yang teaches 16 patterns of Tai Chi Ball Wrap-Coiling, including vertical and horizontal.
